Brad is a 16-year-old high school sophomore in the Pacific northwest. He runs for his school’s cross-country and track teams and is gay. He plans to attend college, major in either pre-med or international relations and be a competitive athlete.

I can vouch for Brad’s identity and that is his picture. I have seen his ID, spoken several times via Skype webcam and exchanged numerous texts and messages on Facebook. But I am not including his last name in this post for a reason — Brad, along with his friends Robert and Ben, themselves gay high school athletes — are about to launch a blog to talk about their lives and connect with others like them. I want them to come out publicly on their own terms when the blog starts (it is now live) .

It's Time to End Teenage Bullying

I am devastated by the death of 18-year-old Tyler Clementi. If you haven't heard, Tyler was a bright student at Rutgers University whose life was senselessly cut short. He was outed on the internet and he killed himself.

Something must be done. This month alone, there has been a shocking number of news stories about teens who have been teased and bullied and then committed suicide; like 13-year-old Seth Walsh in Tehachapi, California. Asher Brown, 13, of Cypress, Texas and 15-year-old Billy Lucas in Greensberg, Indiana. This needs to be a wake-up call to everyone: teenage bullying and teasing is an epidemic in this country, and the death rate is climbing.

One life lost in this senseless way is tragic. Four lives lost is a crisis. And these are just the stories we hear about. How many other teens have we lost? How many others are suffering in silence? Being a teenager and figuring out who you are is hard enough without someone attacking you.

My heart is breaking for their families, their friends and for a society that continues to let this happen. These kids needed us. We have an obligation to change this. There are messages everywhere that validate this kind of bullying and taunting and we have to make it stop. We can't let intolerance and ignorance take another kid's life.

I want anyone out there who feels different and alone to know that I know how you feel. There is help out there. You can find support in your community. If you need someone to talk to or if you want to get involved, here are some organizations doing great work:

The Trevor Project at 866 4U TREVOR. It's a 24-hour, national help line for gay and questioning teens. You can learn more about The Trevor Project at their website: thetrevorproject.org.

Angels and Doves is a nationwide anti-bullying non profit organization. Their website is AngelsandDoves.com

Things will get easier, people's minds will change, and you should be alive to see it.

Ok, guys

here's what I've done so far (to keep you updated)

I just managed to link my second google account to my blog an make it an administrator.

Now, I'm going to try and remove first account (which was also linked to my YouTube Channel) and hopefully everything will still work afterwards.

That way my suspended YouTube Channel and my blog are no longer connected to one account and I won't lose my blog in case this Google Acount happens to be suspended.

Now you may ask yourself, why should this google account be banned? Because I feel like being a pain in the neck for YouTube xD and I'll try and "dispute" the suspension (which, let's be honest, was kinda fair, since I did violate the copyright and I'll lose anyway :P) and maybe my channel will be restored for a short while during that "dispute" (basically the time they check whether I actually DID violate copyright or not...remember they banned me because of "suspisions")

Either way I'll just try ^_^

ok, as you may have noticed my second channel ForLifeIsTooShort2 got suspended on .... 29th September 2010 at 07:23 pm.
The most ironic part about that is the fact that I got the final YouTube copyright suspicions (strikes as I like to call them) not because of some videos that I recently uploaded, but because of videos that had already been on YouTube for month.
The worst part abotu losing the channel may not necessarily be the loss of the videos, bt the lost of all of the heart-warming comments especially on Ellen's Comming Out Interview on Oprah.
This channel (like my first one) seemed to be important for over 900 subscibers and over 200 friends and I'm of course going to make a third channel (ForLifeIsTooShort3).
However I'll will have to go through my files and videos first, because I figure it't time to organize them again... (I've been kinda chaotic on my laptop for a while ^_^")
I will also have to find the easiest way to seperate my YouTube Account from my blogger account, which is probably creating a new Google Account. After suspending my YouTube Channel they also had decided to (sort of) ban my google acocunt which was the pass for both my channel and blog (this may be freakin complicated, but they make you do it that way).
Since college starts again soon (for me), I'll also be busy preparing for that, so basically I'll be back in a week or two ^_^

copyright warning and as you might know (or maybe not) 3 copyright strikes are an

out. So I'll upload very carefully and and not that many vids at once [hoping that

How to bypass the stupid MegaVideo Limit

You all know about that stupid 72min Megavideo Limit, right? Well, sadly it's the only way (that I know of) to upload whole movies. So to be able for you guys to bypass the limit without becoming premium members and paying money. I have gathered some information about how to bypass the limit ^_^ (they should actually work, though you should maybe give me some feedback about that. comment here "anonymous(ly)" or on my channel)

NOW! I haven't tried all of those methods, and I'm not responsible for waht happens if you try (not trying to scare you, I'm just making sure ^_^) there also quite a few other methods, you can google them of course, but those one seemed to be the simplest one (to me)

Method 1
“First there is a simple trick that can work. If you've got a good connection you can try opening several videos at once in separate browser windows or browser tabs. Start all the videos and pause them, then allowing them to fully buffer. Then you watch the videos offline or in offline mode (see below about working offline). If this doesn't work you can try the methods below...”
(works especially good if you have a laptop that has this nice wlan on/off button, so you don't have to lift a finger)
Method 1.1 (easier explanation)
(Patience Required): Hit play on the TV show/Movie you are about to watch.
Once its done loading fully, in Firefox go to File > Work offline and your file won't get interrupted. For non Firefox users you can just go offline with your computer.

Method 2
“All you do is start the video playing then pause it and let it buffer all the way to the end. Then press standby on your modem (or unplug it if you don't have a standby button) and watch the movie off/line, then hit play.

(Instead of turning off/unplugging your modem, you can also try clicking File > Work Offline in your browser. But remember to change it back when you want to load another video.)

The obvious drawback is that you are offline but, you can do this all-day if you want to have a marathon Megavideo session without that annoying video limit.”

Sooooo,

TEDS will be on a summer break (reruns) from 1st June until September when Season 08 starts.
I currently don't know what I will be doing during that time, maybe I can get some other Ellen videos (or interesting movies) to post during that time.
But I'll probably just be inactive for most of the time (except for checking on the comments =))

I think I should also tell you that I won't be at home (means in another country), starting 27th July, but only for about 6 weeks xD.
However I won't have much of an internet connection (maybe none at all) there, so I won't be doing anything at all during that time.
But since there won't be any new Ellen Shows, you (and I) won't be missing a lot =D

In 1998, a young gay man by the name of Matthew Shepard was robbed, viciously beaten and left tied to a fence to die. Although he was soon found by the police and hospitalized, he soon expired. This film recounts the events after the conviction of the two men responsible for this hate motivated murder. Matthew's parents, though satisfied by the conviction, are finding the sentencing phase of the trial more difficult. The parents initially want to request the death penalty for their son's murderers, but the mother, Judy, starts to reconsider. As they struggle with their decision, they decide to reexamine the life of their son and rediscover his personality, his struggle to accept his homosexual sexual orientation as a natural part of his being and above all, his generous humanity to others. All of this leads the parents to appeal to the court the way their son would have wanted, not out of vengeance but to represent best of what their son was and the tragedy of his loss.

Well, as you may have notiticed (…) my accounts got suspended, while I was gone.

What actually bothers me most is that I didn't even get an email telling me that they suspended my accounts...all of them….not only did they suspend both, ForLifeIsTooShort and IHaveNoCompassion, but also my 3rd account [my very first one, it’s not that important for you guys ;p xD] and its backup, which was empty.

I’m still sceptical of the fact that they left ForLifeIsTooShort2 alone, since they deleted the other empty one.

What I got, however, was an email telling me about one video [copyright infridgement] in my ForLifeIsTooShort account, but as I said none for any account about any of the suspensions.

Either way I will continue to upload stuff on my backup [and create another one] and my blog.

I wrote my last mid-term exam today, so I’m done with those until February, I still have to write a 3 to 4 pages essay ‘bout freakin’ MacBeth D: but I guess that’s manageable xD.

I already got some of the results back and everything went well =D, really =D great =D everything =D….. ok, I completely screwed up Phonetics & Phonology -.-, but hey, those of you who know what that is know, that you either get it or not. In case you’re wondering why I even bother with that subject: it’s obligatory, at least for one semester :/….anyway I still have the final exam and, god forbid I screw that one up, the 3rd semester. In my defence I have to say that 70 out of 80 screwed up :/.

Other than that I actually did rock =D [ blowing my own trumpet here xD until now, at least, but the rest shouldn’t be bad =) ]

Anyway, I’ll put the The Wanda Sykes Show Episodes and the first 3 episodes of the 2nd season of Better off Ted on my blog sometime during Christmas =) and I’ll start hitting my channels again in ’10 =)
